The Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) requires photos to determine whether your home qualifies for a FORTIFIED Roof™ designation.

Four (4) exterior photos of the home and two (2) foundation photos are required.

You may check whether you are eligible for the NCIUA Strengthen Your Coastal Roof program. The program is available to policyholders with an HO2, HO3, or HO8 Homeowners policy; an HW2, HW3, or HW8 Homeowners Wind policy; or a WD1, WD2, or WD3 Dwelling Wind policy with the NCIUA.
